Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These terms govern your use of OmniCLI. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to these terms.
What OmniCLI is
OmniCLI is a command-line tool and accompanying web application that lets coding agents and their users run actions against third-party platforms — issue trackers, source hosts, monitoring and incident tools, and databases — through one consistent interface. You choose which platforms and actions to include, and install a command-line binary configured for that selection.
Your account
You need an account to select platforms and install the tool. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you must give accurate registration details.
Your credentials for third-party platforms
The tool acts on other platforms using credentials you supply. Those credentials are stored on your own machine and are not transmitted to or held by us. You are responsible for keeping them safe, for the permissions you grant them, and for everything done with them. Each platform's own terms continue to apply to your use of it — nothing here overrides them.
Plans and payment
A free plan is available. Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices exclude tax; applicable tax is added at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to payment, billing, and refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for refund terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- access platforms or data you are not authorised to access;
- attempt to circumvent plan limits, licensing, or the integrity checks that verify what your installation is entitled to run;
- resell or redistribute the service, or share a seat between people;
- use the service in a way that degrades it for others, including automated traffic beyond documented rate limits.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious, we will try to warn you first.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, add, or remove features, including which third-party platforms are supported — a platform may change or withdraw its own interface at any time, outside our control. If we make a material change that disadvantages you, we will tell you in advance where practical.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service and its software. Subject to these terms and your plan, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your subscription. You keep all rights in your own data and configuration.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". Actions you run through it take real effect on your third-party platforms — including changes that cannot be undone — and you are responsible for what you run and for verifying the outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These limits do not affect the statutory rights of consumers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be notified by email or in the application before they take effect.
